How To View Conversation Histories

Referencing Past Conversations and Texts

Textr Team stores all your conversation histories from your numbers. You will be able to see previous text histories even from numbers that you have unsubscribed from

These text histories are useful for future reference and training purposes. Admins can also view text histories to ensure the team is adhering to company brand values/standards.

How To View Call and SMS/MMS Histories

1. Navigate to the ‘Phone Numbers’ tab in Textr Team’s menu.

2. Under the ‘Overview’ tab, you will have the option to view ‘Call History’ and ‘SMS/MMS’.

3. After selecting ‘Call History’ or ‘SMS/MMS History’, you can see all the conversation histories listed by month. Click on the month to see the full list of conversations from that period.
